Warranty Returns

We offer a minimum of 12 months warranty on our products, allowing you to request a return if your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue. Specific products may have warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months, as indicated in the product description.

To make a warranty claim, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging (if provided), and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval of a warranty return will not be accepted.

We recommend using tracked shipping with Royal Mail and securing the package for the value of the item being returned.

What Happens Next?

We do not accept returns for products damaged by customers or for items returned due to a change of mind. If an item is returned under warranty, we will attempt to repair the fault before issuing a refund. The process is as follows:

  • Attempt a repair of the fault

  • If repair is not possible, we will provide a like-for-like replacement

  • In exceptional circumstances, if neither of the above options is feasible, a full refund or exchange will be offered

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your warranty return. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Lifetime Blacklist Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products, and as part of this commitment, we offer a lifetime warranty against devices being blacklisted.

What is a blacklisted phone?

A blacklisted phone is one that has been reported as lost or stolen, or one that has been blacklisted by a carrier, such as EE, due to an unpaid balance or contract issues.

Once we receive and investigate your claim, we will inform you if your Lifetime Blacklist Warranty claim is successful. If so, a refund will be processed. Please refer to the Refunds section for more information.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue and make things right.

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
