All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer FREE next-day tracked shipping to the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
FREE Local Pickup
FREE local pickup is available 22 Union Street Glasgow G1 3QX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Our kerbside pickup hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when picking up your order.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connectsmartltd@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
